All Emtek Mortise Entry Sets are now standard ANSI F20 UL Listed function. This lock-body offers the superior security of mortise function paired with the aesthetic beauty of Emtek entry sets. It also has a simplified, streamlined design without push-button passage controls. Homeowners can enter and exit the home without an accidental lockout.
UL Listed mortise products go through a rigorous testing process to ensure the design and craftsmanship are the absolute best. This lock-body meets the high safety standard with a UL 180 minute fire rating. Furthermore, its Grade 1 rating ensures the best security available.
Function: The Emtek 30 Mortise Handleset is available Dummy-Inactive (3052) function.
Finish: The Emtek Mortise Handleset comes in French Antique (US7), Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Pewter (US15A), Flat Black (US19), Polished Chrome (US26), Lifetime Brass (US3-Lifetime), and Unlacquered Brass (US3NL) finish.
Handing: The Emtek Mortise Handleset is handed (non-reversible) meaning you must specify Left Hand (LH) or Right Hand (RH).
Door Range: All Emtek Mortise Locks come standard with 1-3/4" door thickness. If you require any other door thickness please contact Taylor Security immediately after placing your order.
Backset: All Emtek Mortise Locks come standard with 2-1/2" backset. If you need 2-3/4" backset please contact Taylor Security immediately after placing your order.
In-Swing: All Emtek Mortise Locks come standard for In-Swing Doors. If you need for an Out-Swing Door please contact Taylor Security immediately after placing your order.
UL Listed: All Emtek Mortise Locks come standard with ANSI F20 UL LISTED function. If you need a F13 UL LISTED function please contact Taylor Security immediately after placing your order (full special ordering instructions are below)
Special Ordering: If you require any non-standard feature (i.e., 2-3/4" Backset, for Out-Swing Door, or for any Door Thickness other than 1-3/4") you must contact Taylor Security immediately with the special order information.
