ROFU 8035 Mini Shear Lock, Mortise/Surface Mount, 1200LB

Designed for secure access control applications, this compact electromagnetic shear lock delivers up to 1,200 lbs. of holding force while maintaining a concealed appearance. The fail-safe design releases immediately upon power loss, making it suitable for controlled egress and life safety applications when properly installed.

Compact in size yet powerful in performance, the lock is designed for dual swinging interior doors and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations.
