The 2740-402 High Security Container Lock is part of Sargent & Greenleaf

The S&G 2740B Electromechanical Lock is specifically designed to meet Federal Government specifications for GSA-Approved containers and vault doors requiring a lock that meets FF-L-2740B, and has been placed on the Federal Qualified Products List (QPL), having been deemed appropriate for safes, security files, vault doors, and similar items; and intended for the protection of national security information. The 2740B is engineered and manufactured to meet the highest security standards of the US Government for the protection of classified materials.
